"This used to be my favorite Dunks, then it seemed to be not real great employee/customer service-wise for quite a while and I was sad. Went today and saw new (friendlier!) faces, and was helped by a very nice employee. Hopefully trending back to how they used to be...clearly needed to get rid of some not good for business employees."

"It was a rainy mid-morning the driving line was really long but it went smoothly I know that the inside part was packed because it was full of cars in the parking lot. But the service at the window was fast and friendly my breakfast sandwich was hot my coffee was wonderful my granddaughters strawberry drink was made very well great service very friendly despite the fact that they were so busy everything was perfect"

"By far the nicest Dunkin Donuts I have been in yet and I have been in quite a few over the years. Clean and good variety of things to choose from. But the best part of the experience was the customer service here. I went in weary from a long hard week today looking for coffee and something to eat and they were just so nice in there. Genuinely friendly, fast service with a smile. My coffee and sandwich were awesome. Definitely will be back again. :)"

"These folk are usually very good. Today, the cashier accidentally charged me twice for one of my donuts. I wouldn't have even noticed the error - he brought up the order again and caught it. He apologized repeatedly, offered a refund or another donut. Very classy way of handling it - o was impressed."

"This dunkin donuts in vestal is awesome! I went through the drive through and got the wrong coffee! I called and they more then made up for it. They had an employee bring the correct coffee to my work and also brought me a 1/2 dz donuts and a box of muchkins! This is the first time I ever had a problem and the service is always fast and friendly!"
